After we customize the machine according to your requirements, complete its assembly, and ship it, it doesn't signify

the end of our service. Your customized after-sales service begins immediately. Whether it's online guidance or on-site support,we will follow through comprehensively, ensuring that every issue you encounter during use receives a prompt response and proper resolution.

First, upon the customer receiving the machine, we will provide installation and training guidance. If you purchase a standard model, such as the SL-PC6012FS Automated Pipe Cutting Machine, we will prepare online training guidance for you. This covers safety training and technical training. Any questions you encounter will be answered promptly by us until the machine is fully installed.

If you purchase a customized model, such as the SL-PC1500Z Customized 1500mm Fixed-Length Pipe Cutting Machine, we will arrange for our professional staff to provide on-site installation and training guidance for you. This also includes safety training and technical training. Should you encounter any points of confusion, you can communicate face-to-face with our staff to resolve them until you master every detail.

 

After the machine installation is complete, we will provide you with a comprehensive machine maintenance plan document. What should you do if you have doubts during operation? SL LASER's 1v1 professional after-sales service team is here to safeguard you. Simultaneously, we will also provide you with 7x24-hour on-call service. 

Should technical issues arise, don't worry about time differences; we are ready to help you resolve them anytime. 

For new customers, in addition to the services mentioned above, and to ensure new customers become familiar with the operational procedures, 

if technical issues require on-site resolution, we will arrange for staff to provide on-site guidance, helping new customers better master the machine.

 

Completing the machine installation training and technical guidance during the usage process does not mean 

our after-sales service ends there. We will also conduct routine equipment inspections to safeguard your later usage.

 

If machine parts are lost or damaged, we will prepare the corresponding parts and ship them to you. Furthermore, 

we will promptly provide services such as machine system updates and machine operation skill enhancement.

Beyond that, some customers have reported that although they previously bought machines from other manufacturers, 

our after-sales service quality is superior, and inquired if we can also provide after-sales service for those machines.
